By placing an order with LegrandeUAE, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Food & Perishable Items (No Return / No Refund)

  • All food items (cakes, pastries, desserts, edible products) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Once sold and delivered, food items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • Cash refunds are not applicable for any food products.

This policy is enforced to maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.

2. Balloons & Non-Food Items

For non-food products including:

  • Balloons
  • Candles
  • Flower vases
  • Gift accessories
  • Items are not eligible for cash refunds once sold.
  • Replacement may be offered in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

3. Replacement Conditions

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Photo/video proof must be provided
  • Product must be in its original condition
  • Replacement is subject to product availability and verification

4. Incorrect Orders

If an incorrect product is delivered due to our error, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. No cash refunds will be issued.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Minor design or color variations
  • Delivery delays beyond our control
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Within 24 hours after placing order for cakes.

6. Service Failure Exception

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases of proven non-delivery or confirmed service failure. Such cases are evaluated individually and at the sole discretion of LegrandeUAE.

7. Policy Abuse

LegrandeUAE reserves the right to refuse replacements or service if fraudulent claims or abuse of this policy is suspected.
